Job Description and Responsibilities
As a board-level executive, the Member (HR) will report directly to the Chairman of AAI. The role involves comprehensive management of the organization’s HR policies, employee engagement, talent development, and industrial relations strategy. | Qualification | Graduate with good academic record. PG/MBA in HR or Personnel Management preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 5 years cumulative experience in HR/IR within last 10 years. |
