BEL Kotdwara Recruitment 2025: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, has announced recruitment for Project Engineer-I and Trainee Engineer-I positions at its Kotdwara Unit. The recruitment is on a temporary basis for various project locations across India. This is an excellent opportunity for Electronics Engineering graduates to work in a prestigious defence PSU on advanced national projects.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates with required qualifications and experience. The selection process includes a written test and interview (for Project Engineer). The last date to apply is 15th June 2025.

Trainee Engineer-I

Discipline: Electronics

• No. of Posts: 3 (OBC-NCL: 1, ST: 1, EWS: 1)

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4-year course) in Electronics/Communication related branches

• Experience: Not required

• Age Limit: 28 years (relaxation as per Govt norms)

• Remuneration:

•   – 1st Year: ₹30,000/month
•   – 2nd Year: ₹35,000/month
•   – 3rd Year (if extended): ₹40,000/month

Project Engineer-I

Discipline: Electronics

• No. of Posts: 2 (UR: 1, OBC-NCL: 1)

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4-year course) in Electronics/Communication related branches

• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification industrial experience

• Age Limit: 32 years (relaxation as per Govt norms)

• Remuneration:

•   – 1st Year: ₹40,000/month
•   – 2nd Year: ₹45,000/month
•   – 3rd Year: ₹50,000/month
•   – 4th Year (if extended): ₹55,000/month
